Our Process

Pin piles have been around for many years. However, the process of installing them varies. Some are advanced using a helix and screwing them into the ground. Some are advanced by using the structure as a weight to press the pin pile into the ground. This procedure is sometimes called resistance pier.
Our system utilizes hydraulically actuated hammers (pile drivers) of varying static weights to drive the pile into the bearing strata.
The actual pile itself is made of ASTM grade galvanized steel pipe driven in 5 foot segments.
The bracket that is used to underpin and lift the settled structure is our proprietary system. SEETL has repaired hundreds of structures in central and south Florida and has never had a call back for warranty repairs. In fact, SEETL has repaired work performed by some of our competitors.
